Your friends and family are always here. Even in the deepest moments when you feel alone, remember you are not alone...never. A pair of ears are always around to listen, having the courage to speak your mind is up to yourself. You know when you need someone to listen to you.  Even if they are a thousand miles away, any time of the day, we are here.
